Drodzy przyjaciele!

Nasza córka pracuje dla "Exodus Cry," chrześcijańskiej organizacji, która walczy 
z handlem ludźmi (www.exoduscry.com). W ciągu kilku ostatnich miesięcy staję się 
coraz bardziej świadoma jak przerażającego zła doznaje tysiące niewinnych ofiar. 
Trudno w to uwierzyć, że nawet teraz, dokładnie w tej chwili, istnieje wiele 
dzieci, młodych i dorosłych, którzy są uwięzieni wbrew swojej woli, cierpiąc 
straszne wykorzystywanie. Czasami moje serce przytłoczone jest smutkiem, ale 
wiem, że serce Boga smuci się jeszcze bardziej.

Handel ludźmi nie ogranicza się jedynie do jakiegoś kraju czy regionu. To 
okrucieństwo globalnych rozmiarów. Polska nie stanowi wyjątku. Ze względu na 
swoje położenie klasyfikowana jest jako kraj, będący źródłem, odbiorcą i 
pośrednikiem. Tysiące mężczyzn i kobiet jest uprowadzanych z Polski, do Polski i 
przez Polskę w celu przymusowej pracy lub wykorzystywania seksualnego

Na szczęście polski rząd robi dużo, by poradzić sobie z tym problemem. Ale my, 
jako wierzący w Jezusa, musimy modlić się gorliwie, gdyż polityka rządu i 
przepisy nie wystarczają, by powstrzymać taki strumień zła. Módlmy się o koniec 
tego niewolnictwa. Módlmy się o ratunek i uzdrowienie dla ofiar. Módlmy się o 
ożywienie mocy Ducha Świętego, by mogła zniweczyć plany wroga. Módlmy się, aby 
uczynki ciemności zostały ujawnione. Módlmy się o ducha świętości w Kościele 
abyśmy uciekali od wszelkiej żądzy, niemoralności czy wypaczenia, gdyż to ten 
sam demoniczny duch, który napędza przemysł zajmujący się handlem ludźmi.

W dniach ostatecznych zarówno zło jak i sprawiedliwość się wzmogą. Jako 
Ci, których zna Bóg, powinniśmy teraz bardziej niż kiedykolwiek oddać się 
modlitwie i postowi. Wstawiajmy się w imieniu tych, którzy są uciskani by Boże 
Królestwo mogło prawdziwie przyjść na ziemię.

Dear friends,

Our daughter works for "Exodus Cry," a Christian organization that fights 
against human trafficking (www.exoduscry.com).  In the last several months, I 
have become increasingly aware of this horrific evil that has claimed thousands 
of innocent victims.  It is hard to believe that even now, at this very moment, 
there are countless children, young people, and adults enslaved against their 
will, suffering terrible abuse.  At times my heart is overwhelmed with grief, 
yet I know that God's heart grieves even more. 

Human trafficking is not limited to one country or region.  It is a travesty of 
global proportion.  Poland is not immune.  Actually, because of her location, 
Poland is categorized as a "source," "recipient," and "transit" country.  
Thousands of men and women have been trafficked from, to, and through Poland for 
the purposes of forced labor and sexual exploitation (see: 

http://gvnet.com/humantrafficking/Poland-2.htm).  

Fortunately, the government of Poland has done much to deal with this issue.  
Yet we as believers in Jesus must pray diligently, for government policies and 
regulations are not enough to withstand such a torrent of evil.  Let us pray for 

an end to this slavery.  Let us pray for the victims, that they will be rescued 
and restored.  Let us pray for a revival of Holy Spirit power that will 
frustrate the plans of the enemy.  Let us pray that the deeds of darkness will 
be exposed.  Let us pray for a spirit of holiness among the Church -- that we 
will flee from any hint of lust, immorality, or perversion, since it is the same 
demonic spirit that fuels the trafficking industry.

In these latter days, both evil and righteousness will increase.  More than ever 

before, we who are known by God must commit ourselves to prayer and
fasting.  Let us intercede on behalf of the oppressed -- that God's kingdom may 
truly come to earth.
