Drodzy przyjaciele!

W tym tygodniu dowiedziałam się, że moja mama ma raka. To agresywna forma
nowotworu i zostało jej niewiele czasu. Jestem wdzięczna, że moja mama
kocha Boga i przez całe życie naśladowała Jezusa. Mimo to trudno jest
patrzeć na tak wielkie cierpienie i ból ukochanej osoby. Wielu z Was wie,
jakie to uczucie, bo również patrzycie na cierpiących bliskich, którzy
potrzebują Bożego uzdrowienia.

W tym tygodniu módlmy się o chorych. Niech Bóg przyniesie uzdrowienie i
odnowienie dla każdego z nich. Niech zmniejszy ich ból i da im pokój i
pocieszenie. Niech chorzy odnajdą nadzieję w Bogu i doznają zachęty w
wierze. Obyśmy my, jako ciało Chrystusa, zostali użyci, by troszczyć się o
potrzebujących i wnosić słowa życia i nadziei.

Błogosław, duszo moja, **Panu i nie zapominaj wszystkich dobrodziejstw
jego! On odpuszcza wszystkie winy twoje, leczy wszystkie choroby twoje.*

*Uzdrawia tych, których serce jest złamane, i zawiązuje ich rany.* (Psalm
147;3)

Dear friends,
This week I received the news that my mother has cancer. It is an
aggressive form of cancer and she only has a short time to live. I am
thankful that my mother loves God and has followed Jesus all her life. It
is difficult, though, to see someone you love going through such pain and
suffering. Many of you know this feeling as you, too, have loved ones who
are sick and in need of God's healing touch.

This week let's pray for the sick. May God bring healing and restoration to
each one. May He lessen their pain and give comfort and peace. May those
who are sick find their hope in God and be encouraged in their faith. May
we as the Body of Christ be used by God to care for those in need and to
speak words of life and hope.

*Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me bless His holy name!*

*Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases. (Psalm
103:1-3)*

*He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. (Psalm 147:3)*
